But if you notice upon receipt, please contact Ultramedic USA as soon as possible. You have 7 days exchange period to inform us the difference between the product you purchased and the product you received.
The deadline to request the exchange or return of your order is up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the day after your order arrived, (weekends and holidays are also valid).
